How do I change my password? |

After logging in, you should see a link on all pages called "User CP." This
links you to the user control panel. Click the link and at the bottom of the page, you should see
a link to "Edit Account Information." Click the link and you should be all set. |

Simply go to the bug report page and fill out the form. Be sure to be as specific as possible to give our developers a good idea on how to re-create the problem. |

Sometimes I can't read the verification images? |

If you reload the page in your browser by hitting F5 or by clicking the refresh button, a new verification image will be generated. |

Some of my trips have weather information and some don't. What gives? |
| A: |
We base the weather information off of the middle point of the range of your waypoints for a particular trip. For example, if you had a point in San Francisco and another in Los Angeles, the weather would be based off a city somewhere in central California. If we cannot find a city within 30 or 40 miles of the middle point in our database(we have over 40,000 cities in our database), we don't report the weather. Thus, the closer that your waypoints are grouped, the more accurate the weather information will be. |
